Haley serves as the Director of University Academic Advising Services and oversees the Exploratory Studies team.

Recognizing that we all only consider possibilities that we know exist, Haley loves advising students who are exploring and trying to figure out their path.  This matches well with both Health Professions Advising and Exploratory Studies, as students in both programs seek guidance and clarity on defining an academic path.

Careful listening while students reflect on their individual strengths, interests, identities, and values allows Haley to honor each student's unique life story and suggest various paths forward, as well as identifying and working to dismantle barriers to student success.   Haley was awarded a Jack E Cermak Advising Award in 2010, reflecting her dedication to the profession and commitment to students and their success.

Outside of work, Haley enjoys being active outdoors, reading books, getting crafty and playing any type of game with her family or friends.
